Guarantee

Ecolocal products are warranted against defects with mechanical problems (and are usually reprinted and replaced), see Merchandise Returns below for details. Take note that our items are handmade: variations can occur from one order to another, or from one apparel to another.

For products manufactured in the United States and purchased through the SpreadShirt store (T-shirts and accessories), the warranty and the terms and conditions are as set forth on their website here.

The warranty of products such as (sculptures, jewels, trinkets) is limited to replacement in case of manufacturing defect until 30 days after delivery. You must notify us by email by indicating with photo the defect of the product.

The warranty regarding the delivery of the products is as stipulated on the Canada Post website.

Delivery

Shipping charges and delivery time options are available in the “Cart” section or on the “Checkout” payment page.

Ecolocal product orders are custom made, and come into production after a period of 12 hours during which you can cancel your order. Allow between 12 and 18 calendar days before receiving your order. All Ecolocal products are shipped via Canada Post with a tracking number.

Products such as Jewelery and Trinkets are shipped within 48 hours and then delivered between 2 and 5 days at your door via Canada Post with a tracking number.

Products manufactured in the United States are shipped from the US and may be subject to customs duties. The delay is usually about 7 to 12 days.

Take note that if you use the Shipping Mode “Standard” (if available) it is your responsibility if the products are lost.
For “Expedited” and “Xpress” Expedited mode = Guaranteed and insured delivery with tracking number.

Merchandise Returns / Refund

Orders for custom printed items are not refundable. If there is a problem with your order, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Since our items are handmade, variations can occur from one order to another, or from one apparel to another. Products with mechanical problems or defects are usually reprinted and replaced. Thank you for sharing your concerns and we will treat each problem on a case-by-case basis.

Items are not refundable in case of size problem. Since all garments are printed and sewn to order, we can not replace or remake them if the ordered size is not the right one. Please choose the appropriate size based on our measurement tables.

In order to solve problems, we must be notified within a maximum of 10 days from the date of receipt of the product. For any problem regarding an order, we must be contacted within ten days of the date of receipt or we may not be able to solve the problem.

If there is an error with your order or if you want to make changes after placing your order, you must contact us within eight hours of the order or the next business day if the order was placed during the weekend.

When you contact us to report a problem, please make sure to include reference photos. You can contact us with your photos and comments.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, ZoneArtis does not support the cost of returning printed products. Returns must be made within 30 days.
